Description

The LTR series of CNC horizontal lathes adopt an integral 45-degree inclined bed structure, occupying a small footprint with a compact and reasonable overall layout, offering structural compactness, high rigidity, smooth chip evacuation, and convenient operation. The guideways are rolling types, and the drive components use high-speed, high-rigidity ball screws, featuring fast speeds, low heat generation, and high positioning accuracy. The machine is fully enclosed for protection, with automatic chip evacuation, lubrication, and cooling. It is suitable for processing various complex-shaped axles, sleeves, and disks, such as turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, arc surfaces, end faces, grooving, chamfering, drilling, reaming, and threading. Bed Layout Structure The machine tool employs an integral 45° bed layout structure, achieving minimal footprint while maintaining excellent rigidity and precision retention performance. Belt-Type Sleeve Spindle The spindle utilizes a belt-type sleeve spindle unit, providing convenience for installation and maintenance. The spindle bearings feature the ROBUST structure: the front end comprises double-row cylindrical roller bearings and double-row angular contact thrust ball bearings, while the rear end utilizes double-row cylindrical roller bearings, ensuring high rigidity and stability of the spindle. 12-Station Servo Tool Turret Equipped with a 12-station servo tool turret driven by a servo motor, it boasts rapid indexing, high precision, excellent rigidity, low noise, and low failure rate. Tailstock Function The tailstock can be optionally equipped with high-rigidity steel-inlaid guideways with a large contact surface. The tailstock movement can be precisely controlled through the Z-axis program. The tailstock locking and the tightening and releasing of the center point are all driven by hydraulic pressure, ensuring reliable rigidity and providing continuous effective thrust to tighten the workpiece.
